The accommodation is conveniently located within the Suan Bua restaurant.

We have been there three times already and we will definitely go back, the rooms, the environment, the beautiful garden.

Overall clean, pleasant hotel in a marvellous location. Impeccable and stunning units with access to the Club which offered various drinks and spacious private balconies plus flowers.

The triple room with large balconies and 2 double beds was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of meal options. - Convenient perks such as early check-in and late check-out were much appreciated. - the resort's beachfront location in the center of town provided easy access to a long beach, several reasonably priced restaurants, and the clean sea.

The service was exceptional, always with a smile. Really tasty and outstanding breakfast served with outstanding food.

Great staff, Great location. Local shopping just outside of the property unlike what people were saying. 2.5- 3.0 hour drive from the Airport.

The room was sumptuous and offered useful amenities like a coffeemaker and a refrigerator. the location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Hua Hin Clock Tower, was wonderful. - the staff were incredible and exceptional, always ready to assist.

the resort is in an excellent location....wonderful staff as is the case in most Thai resorts.

we changed the room because it was dark and a bit tired in some places...and were given a very nice bright and fresh room.

Pleasant gardens

I still have a complaint re charges outstanding which is unresolved and booking .com are aware of. This is a complaint for Booked.net and the hotel who have failed to respond to my email after leaving.

Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, all served with exceptional service.

The marvellous and brilliant location was just next door to Soi Bintabaht. the hotel was close to restaurants and eateries. - the restaurant here was top-notch for Japanese cuisine; we both ordered warm dishes.

Boooked for a bungalow with private swimming pool and price included "club benefits" with afternoon drink etc. Fantastic breakfast. Very warm, caring and welcoming service made you feel like a king. A little too expensive given the price level in Thailand, but in total a once-in-a-life experience.

The graciousness of the staff at the hotel makes this one of Thailand's most relaxing destinations. The large surrounding grounds are magnificent, tended carefully for over 80 years. A low rise development, you are close to the beach and town. The rooms are very well appointed, roomy and air conditioned - and the balconies have great views. The resorts' Sala Thai and Japanese restaurants have great food at reasonable prices, although you can walk into town - 2 mins - to choose other places if you like.

This is a fabulous resort and this was our 3rd stay there.

The staff here were really nice, the room was super pretty and had everything you needed - a little kitchen, daily snacks, cocktails in the early evening, and a comfy queen bed. the atmosphere was warm and cozy, felt like a big family 👪.

We stayed in a villa and enjoyed the private pool and decor of the room. We were treated very nicely by the staff, except when we invited two friends (who were with us but staying at the hotel) to join us for cocktails during happy hour. we did not realize, as hotel guests, they were not allowed to enjoy the drinks and canapes. The staff asked if they where club members, and they showed their accor card. Embarrassing for us all when they were handed a bill for their drinks!!!!!!!!!
